I am trying to deploy to 300+ remote Win 2000 machines so setting the
policy from the Local Security Settings window isn't really an option.

Specifically I need to set Local Policies/User Rights Assignment/Act as
part of the operating system to ASPNET from within a batch file.

The only tool I've found that may address this is secedit but I can't
make heads or tails of how to use it from the MS documentation.

Any tips?
