PGP Desktop Professional 9.x has Full Disk Encryption. It is currently
only available for Windows XP users. I've only been using it for a couple
days, and only on my hard drive, but other than entering a secure
passphrase on boot, it is completely transparent. I haven't noticed any
adverse effect from it.
