Who "made" the Internet? The correct answer will provide you with an
invaluable set of answers as to why this flaw (which it is not) was
allowed and existed without the Founders letting the public into the
know.

Ari-el, question for you. Would John Postel have known the flaw was
there? He was there from the ARPANET days.

OYOH he lost his control to the US govt less than a year before he
died.

Ben, Postel, a Joose' joose for certain and two things I am certain. He
knew and he lacked the putzah to remand.
