Hello-

I'm looking for reccomendations on a progam that I can use to lock
down a Windows XP machine. By "lock down" I mean I only want the user
to be able to access one program. I would like to make the start menu
even inaccessible.

I've seen a program that will do this on Windows 98. It was called
Fortress. They do have a version for XP... But here's the catch. I
have to be able to use this on a computer that is on Active Directory.
Fortress people tell me that it will not work on a computer with
Active Directory.

Another catch... The software that I want to run MUST HAVE
administrative privliges in order to run.

Sound crazy? It is. Please let me know if you have any solutions.

Thanks!

Um, XP machine using active directory? Um... why not just set the
lockdown stuff in group policy editor from inside MMC?
