We have a business costumer with 10 users in the office Who get about 100
e-mails a day. Spam is a problem. Their spam software is not doing its job.
We are considering a one-Stop Security hardware device. We have done our
reserach. There are some price ones out there that range from US$3000 up.
What do you guys suggest for a good one at a reasonable price?

I might consider a shared domain host (cpanel provider perhaps)
running spamassasin. The benefit there is that you have someone else
on call and constantly monitoring server uptime. Dunno if I were
doing a 10 user office if i'd be that excited about maintaining my own
email server if it were a client.

Spamassassin isn't full proof by and stretch, but it helps quite a
bit.

BestRegards,

Do they have their own email server or are they using an ISP's mail
server?

If they have a hosted mail service, switch to one that has spam
filtering enabled.

If they have their own mail server, that are a bunch of free SMTP spam
filters that detect it before it reaches their email client.

So, do they have their own email server? If so, what is it?
