If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I am running windows ME and installed NAV 5 a few months ago.
Periodically Nav will no longer load upon boot-up and when I try to run
it I get three errors... not installed properly.

So I have uninstalled everything, deleted folder and regestry keys and
reinstalled but this time it happened again only two days after I just
reinstalled it.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Is there a better product out
there that doesn't cause my computer to crash (yeah it does that too)?
I am tired of uninstalling and reinstalling then downloading the
updates... help please.

I think your approach to solving the problem was correct, you are
doing nothing wrong. Since the problem still appears after you
reinstalled Norton AV it suggests the problem is in Windows or maybe
another component of Norton that you run?

You could try emptying all the cache folders and get rid of temporary
files, those can give you problems sometimes. Use a tool like CCleaner
for example.
