try this:
1. Start -> Run -> "cmd"

net user username /random (username is your login account name)
3) Hit [Enter]
4) Windows XP will randomly generate a secure password, and assign that
strong password to your account. The strong password will also be
displayed in the window, incase you need to login next time ;)
