POC code can be anything or do anything - being a POC doesn't make it
any different than any other code.

POC code performs malware like functions.

POC code appears to have NOT been submitted to antivirus vendors for
white listing or exclusion - nothing to indicate it had been submitted
before it was released.

POC code intent can not be determined by antivirus software as AV
software has no emotional connection to author.

Do you understand now?
