Can anyone advise if there is a way to make a single change to
multiple accounts from the command line? I need to simply modify a
list of users so that they belong to the same site.

If I knew the command to modify a single user I would create a list of
names and feed to a loop.

Can this be done? What is the command to modify a user account?
