IE has options to delete temporary files, cached items, cookies, and
so on - use those. Downloaded installs, and setup files shouldn't be
a problem - why not do what I do and copy them elsewhere then delete?
User data, if you fiddle with that you may lose important stuff like
e-mail, leave that alone. If you are short of space on C you might
look at moving your mail folders (option in Outlook Express) and
moving your pagefile/swapfile (option in Performance if I remember
correctly). You can also nominate an alternate drive for your
temporary internet files. Also, have a look in windows\temp, there
may be a lot of stuff in there you don't need. Sort by date, and
delete oldest. Also anything beginning with ~ can probably go.
