If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
How can I contact the person who posts unwanted messages on my
Frontpage discussion forum. I want to tell them to stop, as I have to
delete their posts every few days.
My forum is english language but they link to a Romanian website.
There is no "contact us" on that page. My forum is topic is
statistics, their page is about tourism.

I'd like to invite your attention to the second of these three 'meta' tags.
I don't know if this is a valid e-mail address, other than it takes the
'official' form of 'user@server.tld', which makes it valid from a technical
standpoint.
A quick check across google and the g-mail servers might offer some insight.
Even if that turns out not to be the case, perhaps an e-mail to that
address asking that postings to your forum cease and desist might be of
some use, if only for its shock value.
Otherwise, analyze your traffice and sign-in logs for repeat sign-in
attempts at the times you notice the posts.

I assume the discussion forum is a web-based forum. Doesn't your forum
software log the IP address of who submits posts? From that you should
be able to find the ISP and report them.

In reality you can't contact them. Unless they are posting from their
home address, using a real account name, then there is little that you
can do. If you have a valid email/IP address for them you can contact
their ISP and maybe get something done.
If your website doesn't require registration to POST, then you've made a
mistake, to post you should require registration.
You can also set the site to block that IP address - and many message
boards also provide for IP/User blocking in their administration pages.
If you can't block them by IP/User, and if you don't have control of the
administrative functions of your board, and you don't want to require
registration to post, then you're going to have to live with
unacceptable posts.
