If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options I hate to blow my own trumpet but have you thought about SafeBoot
(www.safeboot.com)?
In my biased opinion it works better than the other products you're
looking at - for only 20 machines you'll not need some of the more
advanced stuff like AD integration, webhelpdesk etc, but you might
find those features technically interesting.
