Sorry, I'm a novice, but is there any way to know in advance which
websites are blocked on the office network before I click on the link?
Frankly, I don't want to access porn sites, but every once in a while I
want to access a humor site which ends up being blocked. I just don't
want the reports made to my employer. Thanks.

Other than asking your firewall admins, No. The rules about what
is or is not allowed can be URL specific, so if you do not have access
to the list of criteria then there's pretty much no way to
determine in advance.

Take your friendly security administrator out for a nice lunch. We like
that!

You shouldn't worry too much about the logs and reporting, unless "not job
related activity" takes a lot of your time or network bandwidth. Network
admins know that googling can return links that are not what you want, and a
good leader will be aware that short breaks (like a minute to read a joke)
actually boosts productivity.
In short, listen to your heart: Regard your own activity, then ask
yourself: were you the boss, then how would you feel about your employers
doing what you do.
We are all human, you know (OK, there are some bots around, but most of us
at least...)
