I would like to make a web application that allows users to request a
digital certificate, creates, signs and sends it back to user.

I know it is possible, I've seen many sites doing it, but I cant find
a HOWTO anywhere. Could somebody help me to find something useful. For
MSIE I Know that i have to use Xenroll.dll on client, but what sould i
do at server?

Thanks

I'm currently working on windows 2003 but don't care if i have to work
with linux.
