If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
i tested 3 online port scanners,
pcflank
sygate
shields up
first with zonealarm pro 5 ,with a total secure and stealth pc as a
result.
then without firewall same test,
this time only port 25629 was open detected by pcflank,so the adsl modem
shuts out most attemts.
before i did this with my dial up connection ,then the results were terribly
different,open ports all
over the place so is a software firewall still a good idea?
well i keep mine that's for sure,
