If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Open MASn live mseenger in local mahine
and run NETSTAT command on command prompt.

You will come to know which port MSN works for e.g.
TCP home-lappy:1125 sip6.voice.re2.yahoo.com:https
ESTABLISHED
yahoo messanger example.

internet!

Its an example shown to tell how to get port for live messenger.
