Hello,
hopefully someone can help me...
The uninstall freezes. I have tried to install a new copy over the existing
program but this doesn't work. I would like to remove the whole personal
firewall. What can I do...???

Go to www.symantec.com, click on support, click on personal, pick
Norton Personal Firewall, pick other version, pick knowledge base for
FW2002. Type in Uninstall in the search.
