OK, the Iprsim is not a firewall, it's a URL filter, but I'd like whatever I
replace it with to have some http (maybe ftp?) scanning capability, as well
as URL filtering.

If I was starting from scratch I would no doubt choose the Fortigate to do
everything. Awesome product, but my budget is closer to $3k instead of $6k.

I've already got a nice firewall with the cisco PIX (with PIX-to-PIX sites
and client VPN setup) and I'm using a Barracuda Spam AV Firewall for email..
I just want to replace the Iprism with something like a Fortigate with
http/ftp scanning IDS, IPS, and very cheap and no user limit like the
Barracuda.

Any ideas?

You may wish to investigate Cisco Online Retailers:

Don't know where you received "pricing" in regards to the Fortigate.
