If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

I'm still adjusting to a new operation system, 2 days old.
Today Kerio firewall asked permission to start "dummy.exe". I denied.
I scanned the whole computer, and there is no such file.
What happened? Should I make a rule never to permit?
