Hi All,
I've got a DLink DI-784 serving as an access point. I have it
connected to the OPT port on a SonicWall TZ-170. I also have a print
server operating on the LAN port of the SonicWall. I'd like to be able
to print from the OPT port as well. But, I keep getting errors when I
try. I'm thinking that printing is done on a port that's not
configured for use in the SonicWall access rules. What port is this?
I checked the network printer port config on one of my other machines
and it's using port 9100. I set up 9100 access on the SonicWall for
both UDP and TCP. But, still, I can't print from the OPT port. Does
anyone have other suggestions that I can try?
Thanks.
