What makes you think that any Proxy site is not a honeypot put up by the
the FBI or CIA?
How does anyone know that YOUR server isn't such a honeypot?

How do you know that that last user wasn't an investigator building a case
against you for collusion to commit wire fraud or some other crime that one
of your users committed?
