The XP firewall is inbound only, and only blocks ports. You don't want
two software firewall running at the same time, or you may have
performance issues, along with other weird problems.
The Norton firewall also blocks inbound ports, but gives you greater
control over what can be allowed, along with control of outgoing
connections.
