Hello -

Our company is looking in to expanding in to a managed service
platform. Ideally we would remotely manage and monitor their
firewalls/routers. We would need to be able to work with multiple
firewall vendors (cisco, sonicwall, watchguard, etc...).

Does anyone know of any such solution or have any recommendations?

Thanks-

Heard that Symantec would have such Integrated Solution for management
as well as monitoring/logging of multi-vendor.
However, from my experience, it's hard for a single solution to do the
mgt thing for different brands automatically or there is many
limitations on the solution itself.

I would go for the logging/event monitoring, there are quite a few
Incident Management system out there for you to monitor those multiple
devices/solution.

You could take a look at www.fireplotter.com - for real-time
monitoring of Cisco PIX/ASA and FortiGate AV Firewalls
