Hello ppl,
In our company we are rapid expanding our security division.
Now we are also thinking of delivering managed firewall services to our
customers.
I was wondering how other security companies handle there managed
services.
We have different firewall vendors : checkpoint, pix, netscreen and
sonicwall ....
also we have customers who have 5 users or customer who have 1500
users.
How do you support this, do you have some global management tool or
what is the secret ..............
