If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options


I just ran a viral pdf file through VT (Pidief) and it came back with a
50% hit rate.

But I noticed that Symantec was not listed in the results. Is this a
glitch - or a permenant loss of the symantec scanner at Virus Total?

Probably a glitch.

If any particular scan takes too long then it will be excluded from the report.
