If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Help;
Explorer won't open and locks up. I scanned with antivirus software and it
found a virus that "will take over command of explorer". There is a link to
go to microsoft to download the fix for the virus, BUT, my explorer locks up
everytime.

Can I download something to clean this up at work and take home to my
computer?

Write down the link to Microsoft, take it to work and download=20
the fix. If this doesn't help, please repost with more information,=20
including the operating system in use on the problem computer
and any other information on the virus.
