My reply looked Russian when writing this post.. Hmmm! There must be a
reason.

The text looked authentic when pasted into Notepad. Perhaps this is a
limitation of Outlook Express.

My apologies. No follow up is necessary.

I asked you why you full-quoted the OP in your reply, since it was all
just a lot of garbage cyrillic characters - or, as I see it, like this:

-----------------
Здравствуйте!

В моем браузере появилась надстройка URLHooker2 Class, которую я
непомню,
чтобы устанавливал.
Удалить ее из "Управление надстройками" неполучается.
-----------------

What I see are characters such as u, A, O, E, N and I with various
top-accents on them.

Lipman responded by saying:

I interpreted that to mean that if no cyrillic characters appear in a
post, that the post would not appear in the newsgroup
microsoft.public.ru.russian.server - which is one of two groups that
this thread is being cross-posted to, or perhaps you didn't notice that.

I had a look at the newsgroup microsoft.public.ru.russian.server (which
had no posts in it save for this thread) and indeed I do see this entire
thread there, including posts which contain no cyrillic characters.

That's why I said:

> You'd better have a look and see what's there.

As a way to tell him that these posts _are_ showing up in the russian
newsgroup even though they do not contain cyrillic characters (and hence
there was no need to full-quote the entire OP).

An interesting comment. I see posts going back to March 2009.
