Please try the following:
- Click start -> run -> type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) *hit
enter*
- Click start -> run -> type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) *hit
enter* Type "ipconfig /renew" *hit enter*
- Click start -> run -> type "net stop dnscache" (without quotes) *hit
enter* Type "net start dnscache" (without quotes) *hit enter*
