Hello,
I wanted to get some opinions from the forum.
We have an alarm keypad (DSC) and wanted to know
what alarm monitoring companies others use and been
happy with.

Are there any companies that have a backup in
case the phone line is cut?

I'm looking for the best bang for the buck!

Most have long term contracts.

let me know. Thanks

Try Next Alarm www.NextAlarm.com They charge far less than most
of these bozos for essentially the same service. I'm not certain
but ISTR their agreement is annual.

Check your local "Yellow Pages". I'd stick with a local company if at
all possible. Someone that's going to provide you with service as well.
And yes, most have the ability to monitor a variety of back-up type
transmitters (from long range radio, to cellular).
