If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
unit was showing on comport 7 ran the utility and put it on 4 and seems to
work fine thanks for all the help

Glad you got it working. If you use another downloading software or USB to
serial device, be ready to do that little change the COM port routine again
and again. Once fixed it doesn't stay fixed.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
that's what appears to be what happened why cant these ass hole engineers
come up with one standard adapter to use instead of 10 different ones.

I've had great luck with the Keyspan adapter for several different
makes/models of panels. More success across many manufacturers with
the Keyspan adapter than any other.
