If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
The mainboard is probably defective, replace the mainboard and if it does
not solve the problem, replace the sensors and rewire the system.

What is Type 10 sensor anyway ?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Dont' forget to replace the transformer and the battery also. The old
transformer may not be putting out enough power for the new board to work.

The siren may be drawing too much currect from the power supply circuit, so
you may want to put a series resistor at the siren terminal to cut down on
the current draw.

The alarm replacement is a complete unit with battery and power supply

Yes, and don't forget that the house's electrical system may be defective.
I'd suggest replacing all wiring in the home, and have the power company
install a new meter as well.
