I have a customer who is changing all their systems over to me
(monitoring)

One is a Simplex 4004. Anybody know where I can get a progreamming
manual? Has anyone had a similar problem with Simplex panels?

Do the manuals have to come from Simplex?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
In the olden days..only Simplex did Simplex. If that's still true...you'll
probably never get it working... you may have to pay Simplex to come out and
program it for you. We were never able/allowed to program Simplex on our own.
Dunno if that's still true today.

probably never get it working... you may have to pay Simplex to come out and
