If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Moved into a home with an (old...) Optima XM panel with an add on SD1+
speech dialler. Problem is the dialler only dials out after an alarm
when the panel is reset. The alarm condition fail to trigger it
directly. Any ideas what's wrong with it? Thanks.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Sounds like the input voltage is the wrong way round. You could swap this in
the panel or reprogram the unit.

To which connection in the XM is the SD1+ trigger connected.
