The battery in my remote failed, and I took it out to purchase a new one. A
few days later, I installed the new battery, and the LED in the remote
lights, but without any response from the car's alarm system. The other
remote works fine, so it is not the car alarm. Any ideas? The alarm is a
Viper 550 ESP, and the remote says on the back 2^66 rolling codes. Are the
rolling codes out of sync with the car? How do I resync it?

Press the "lock" icon key several times within range of the vehicle to
re-sync it.

Thanks for the reply, but it didn't work. The LED in the remote lights, but
the car does not respond.

Any other ideas?
