Thanks Frank. I needed that. :)

Never had any Canadian beaver. Is it true it tastes like anchovies?

One thing I learned about eating shaved beaver cutlets. Always put a
light coating of chap stick or vasaline around your lips. Otherwise
you can get a loud sound like a bathroom plunger coming off a wet
ballroom dance floor when you let go.............Wakes the neighbors.
