If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Where the heck does DSC hide the version number of this module. It
states in the 1864 manual that you can't mix version 1.0 and version 2.0
on the same installation. This is an upgrade from an 832 panel
(customer needs more user codes).

It's screened right on the board under the part number - with the terminals
on the bottom facing you they're on the top right. At least it is on the
several pulls I have.

Thanks. I'm not at the office (so I can't pull one from stock). I'll
relay that information to my tech. I was reading over the install
manual and found that little notation (that you can't mix versions).
