If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

I'm not familiar with that panel, but you probably need the installer code,
not a user code to enter programming. I don't know what the default code is
but If I recall correctly older Napco panels had the default code on a label
on the circuit board somewhere

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I'm using what is called a master security code that is printed on a lable
in the panel.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Call Bass, (he loves Napco). See if you can't order a new master chip for
the MA 3000 (for latest updates & for better security) from him or some
local dealer. Let him walk you through your programming problems.
