I have a fail to communicate.

if you remotely arm and then disarm it will clear.

on second thought you may have to send a successful signal to clear a FTC

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is the control setup to report auto-test? Aren't you more concerned
with for the reason why it FTC, than getting rid of the service light?
If you fixed that problem the rest will correct itself.
