RHC: I would think that most any company would not expect to lose more
than 20 percent of the accounts after buying them from the seller
regardless of how poorly they handled the transfer. However, if I was
the seller of those accounts, I'd want to know EXACTLY how the buyer
plans to take them over, and precisely how they would be approaching
these customers and what they would be telling them vis a vis service,
warranty and pricing. AND I'd make it my business to have my hand in
the process, because if the buyer screws it up, the lost clients would
be coming out of my (the sellers pocket).

It's a two way street......
