Hi,
If your ISP's mail server includes a spam blocker, have
you checked the "white" or "safe" list (don't block list)
for an entry that you did not put there?
I found one I know I didn't place, which I deleted.
I can't remember what domain it was, but I know I would
recognize it if I "heard" it. If someone had access to
my email account, that person could easily view my "inbox"
contents at the server. Note: After that discovery, I
made some changes.

Before you type your password, credit card number, etc.,
be sure there is no active key logger (spyware) in your PC.
