What do you really expect? Identity theft is not easy to control or
stop, regardless of its origins. High crime in countries that were once
under oppression and have since moved toward representative government
is pretty damn common. in fact, it's to be expected as part of an
evolutionary process (the dialectic). The situation will only change
over time.
