Yeh - it's a pain in the arse.
However, there are tools out there that will get rid of it.
I can never remember if it's fixvundo or vundofix that's more effective.
Google for both and give them a try.

but im not infected actually, im just trying to be infected hehege :-)
i'm looking for some infected website for testing purpose

its on a test machine so i dont care to get infected
I wanna test the performance of my av product installed on the machine
