If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Since a few weeks EZ cannot complete the def,update. I end up with Fatal
error 3 ...any idea ??

I just noticed that the link may not work if you try to access the
article directly. If that happens, click the Search the Knowledge
Center tab and search for fatal error 3.

By the way, accessing CA's Knowledge Center requires using IE.

OMG. Those are some of the worst web pages I've ever seen at a
commercial site (the code, not the content).

The browser sniffing only reads the UA string. In Firefox, I selected
"IE 6.0 WinXP" or "NS 4.7 Mac" and the site comes up. Their webmaster
should go back to McDonalds.
