I had this ABI network virus sneaked into my laptop sometimes recently
even without my notice, until it kept poping out all sorts of ads and
totally hijacked my IE browser.

However, I couldn't get rid of it by all means I know. I tried to
delete it manually through Add/Remove Program option with window XP to
no avail. And I had anti-virus program such as McAfee on my computer.

Does anyone here know how to get rid of this "ABI network" thing? I
would appreciate your help greatly!

Thanks,

Andy

It isn't a virus. It is adware/spyware neccessitating anto spyware software
such as
Ad-aware SE v1.06 and SpyBot Search and Destory v1.4.

Download, install and update them. You may have to scan the system in Safe Mode
to remove
'ABI Network'.
