If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

It looks a lot worse than it is. If you look closer you'll find loads of posts
about a few problems on a few computers repeated by the same posters
ping-ponging each other.

There never has and never will be a perfect program that suits every user and
every computer.

Too right!

I'm sure you're correct on the other point too, I rarely bother reading
such stuff.
