If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
When running my daily test, three files repeatedly show up. They are
user32.dll, shell32.dll, and ntoskrnl.exe. They all have "change"
listed under the Result/Infection column.

What does this mean?

It means that you installes MS HotFix which replaced/updated user32.dll,
shell32.dll, and
ntoskrnl.exe.
