Some days ago I changed modem and according to the web-suplier another
server then started handeling my account. It's an IC. Then the signal was a
calm zero line with a signal peak every ~5 - 10 sec.

Now, some week later I have an incoming signal which varies from 0 - ~190B
registrated by the firewall.

What can it be and what /who may cause this? (me? IC-supplier? 3'rd party?)
