Hi

I have Nod set to scan files I download
From the Scanning Log NOD32 version 2135 (20070322) NT
I frequently get this message
"Error occurred while scanning MBR sector of the 5. physical disk.
Error reading sector."

Anyone know what this means?
Do I have a bad sector on my HDD?

I do not think so.

What is your 5th physical disk?
Is that a card reader (removable media)?

When there is no card in a card reader, there is no MBR,
so NOD gives a warning.

In my log there are warnings for the MBR sector
of the 2. 3. 4. 5. physical disk (all card readers).

Hi Fred
All together I have 2 internal HDDs, an external USB HDD
a DVD rom, a DVD writer and a floppy DD with a card reader
I'm not sure what order NOD reads them in, but your suggestion seems
quite plausable

Thank you
