Again, Chris Butts (or whatever your name really is), you DO NOT have
permission to host my file, nor the name, nor represent my company in
any form. Please cease posting these links. I am the US Copyright
holder to these items and you are willfully violating the
copyright.Your link is defaming and damaging my companies reputation
and leading users to a false link using my tradename. I am asking you
one final time to stop.

The proper link is here:
http://www.superantispyware.com/downloads/SUPERAntiSpyware.exe

Note to members of the group: This person DOES NOT have my permission
to host my files, nor represent my company. He has reportedly stolen
code from others and possibly hosts other files illegally - do not
download from his site as there is no way to authenticate the download
and they could possibly contain spyware, viruses or other harmful
software.

Respectfully,

Nick Skrepetos

So instead of admitting that I do not have your file and that I am not
hosting it. You would rather make them believe that I am doing that because
some troll said I was. Tell everybody what happened Nick when you downloaded
it as proof and to verify that I am illegally hosting your file. Go ahead
nick tell them what happened. You can make every threat in the world and
nothing is going to change. You attacked me first, that what happens when
you believe trolls Mr. reputable. The link will remain.

It does not matter if you are hosting the file, you might want to check
with your attorney on that one. You are misleading users, harming my
company, my reputation, and causing me direct financial loss - all of
the ingredients for a US Copyright violation with damages action
against you. You are leading users to believe you are hosting my file
and are a possible representative of my company.

This is the third time I am asking. Please cease posting the false
links to my product.

Note to users and viewers of this group: If the link PCButts has posted
appears to you to be a link to download my software, and you would like
to see this stopped, please contact me so I can get a written statement
from you. Those of you that have already sent me information, thank
you.

All he is doing is making the US Copyright violation and trademark
misuse case stronger against himself.

I apologize that PCButts has yet again caused unnecessary traffic in
the groups regarding his misuse of copyrighted materials.

Thank you,

Nick Skrepetos

Why don't you tell everyone what happens when you click on the link Nick?
Are you afraid that they will see that YOU are misleading them. You have no
case, I am not hosting your file. You may as well threaten everyone with the
name Nick.
