I've been using Multi-Av for a while and I love it but I was wondering
why does it re-enables my Tweak UI options to "allow help on start
menu", "allow web content to be added on desktop", and re-enables
autoplay on my drives? Is there a way to prevent it?

Many forms of malware restrict/disable the ability of the PC owner to remove the
malware
by setting OS Policies. The Multi AV Scanning Tool removes OS Policies that are
enabled.
This could be in reference to "allow help on start menu" and "allow web content
to be
added on desktop".

I'll fix the re-enabling of drive autoplay for the next release.
